01 The program
Online Ordering Corp ("we," "us," or "our") operates an SMS/MMS text messaging program. Our messaging is delivered through our SMS platform provider, Dialpad, Inc.
You are enrolled only after you verbally consent to receive text messages while speaking with our Customer Support team over the phone. Our Customer Support team will ask whether you would like to receive text messages, read you the required disclosures, and confirm your consent before any messages are sent. We maintain a record of your consent in our customer database. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You must be the account holder of, or have authority to opt in, the mobile number you provide, and be old enough to consent under the laws of your jurisdiction.
02 Messages we send
Once you opt in, you may receive customer care and service-related text messages from Online Ordering Corp, which may include:
- Order confirmations and tracking — confirmation that your order was received, status updates, and notice of when it will be ready for pickup or delivery.
- Account updates — service notifications about your account or an order you placed.
- Customer support — responses to questions or requests you make to our Customer Support team.
The purpose of these messages is to help you track your orders and support your use of the Online Ordering Corp service. We do not use this program to send marketing or promotional messages.
03 Message frequency
Message frequency varies and depends on your orders and interactions with us — for example, you may receive around 1 message per day when you have an active order. You will not receive messages unrelated to your orders, account, or support requests.
04 Message & data rates
Message and data rates may apply. Any charges are billed by, and payable to, your mobile service provider under your plan. Online Ordering Corp does not charge for the text messages themselves. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging and data plan.
05 Opt out — STOP
You can cancel at any time by texting STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send you one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive text messages from us unless you opt in again.

06 Help — HELP
For help or more information, text HELP to any message you receive, or email us at customersupport@simplemenu.com. Replying HELP will return contact information for support.
07 Carriers & delivery
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of text messages is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed. Supported carriers may change, and we are not liable for messages that are delayed or not delivered due to factors outside our control.
08 Privacy
We respect your privacy. We will not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number, SMS/MMS consent, or personal information collected for this messaging program with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Information is shared only with our SMS platform provider, Dialpad, Inc., to deliver messages on our behalf, and as otherwise described in our Privacy Policy.
09 Changes to these terms
We may update these SMS Terms & Conditions from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Effective date" above. Your continued participation in the program after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
